People who apply for membership in the Scientific Association of Technology Parks and Innovation Organizations of Iran can apply for membership by completing the relevant membership form along with sending the documents included in it.

The types and terms of membership in the forum are as follows:

Continuous membership: The members of the board of directors and inspectors (main and alternate) of any period and other natural or legal persons whose annual membership fee payment is delayed by a maximum of one year.

Affiliate membership: Individuals who have a bachelor's degree and a period of five years in one of the fields of technology and engineering or fields related to the subject of the association or other fields active in the field of science and technology parks, growth centers, technology commercialization, venture capital, innovation and technological creation or knowledge-based companies and institutions.

Student Membership: All students who are studying inside and outside of Iran, by presenting a valid academic certificate.

Honorary membership: Iranian and foreign personalities whose experience and scientific status in the fields related to the activities of the association are of particular importance and who have made valuable contributions in advancing the goals of the association. Honorary members are elected with the approval of the board of directors and are exempt from paying membership fees. Board members and inspectors (main and alternate) can be honorary members of the association.

Article 1: Each of the members will pay an annual amount determined by the General Assembly as a membership fee.

Note 1: Payment of the membership fee does not create any rights and claims to the association's property for the member.

Note 2: Real or legal continuous members who have paid their membership fees can be candidates for the board of directors or inspectors elections and also have the right to vote.

Note 3: Real or legal affiliated members who have paid their membership fees are not able to run for election to the board of directors or inspectors, but can only vote.

Note 4: Only real or legal members who are connected or affiliated have the right to vote.

Affiliated or affiliated legal members:

The membership of all governmental and non-governmental organizations or institutions in the association is subject to the approval of the board of directors and the payment of the membership fee.

Membership ends in one of the following cases:

- Written resignation

- Failure to pay the annual membership fee

Note 1: The board of directors can, at its discretion, terminate the membership of any real or legal member, in this case, the affirmative vote of at least seven of the nine members of the board of directors is required.

After completing the required items on the invoice payment page, your financial documents will be checked by the site manager and approved if there are no problems.

If you pay the membership fee online, there is no need to confirm the site manager and your membership will be considered immediately.

Annual membership fee:

• 1- Continuous legal members (including science and technology parks, growth centers, innovation centers, accelerators, technology units and knowledge-based companies, etc.): 130,000,000 Rials

• 2- Associated legal members: 50,000,000 Rials

• 3- Real members: 5,000,000 Rials

• 4- Students (with valid identification card or introduction letter): 1,000,000 Rials
